UDI Quebec – a voice for 20 billion dollars in assets in Quebec

Established in 1987, the Urban Development Institute of Quebec (UDI Quebec) is an independent, not-for-profit organization. As the main voice of the commercial real estate industry in the province, UDI Quebec serves as an intermediary between the industry’s professionals and the government.

UDI Quebec includes promoters, developers and building managers, investors and lenders, as well as professionals from related sectors.

UDI Quebec is pursuing four major objectives:

• To represent the interests of the industry as a whole and of its members and improve the conditions for their growth and competitiveness;
• To provide information and support in the ongoing process of training and improving the practices of its members and their employees;
• To provide opportunities for exchanges and business meetings;
• To ensure that all appropriate representations are made to the three levels of government.
