You would like to become a member or renew your membership?
At UDI Quebec, our members are companies. The first step is to identify the category in which your company belongs. Here are our ten categories:
Category 1
Major real estate owners, managers and developers
Category 2A
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value of $100 million or more)
Category 2B
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value between $20 million and $100 million)
Category 2C
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value between $5 million and $20 million)
Category 2D
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value of less than $5 million)
Category 3
Corporate real estate owners
Category 4
Public real estate owners

Financial institutions that do not own real estate

Applications must conform to the description of the applicable category. UDI Quebec’s board of directors will approve membership applications.
