Mandate
This committee is essentially a merging of the wise and allows the transmission of the values and objectives of the association from one Board to the next.
The members of the Honorary Board of Governors may assist to the meetings of the Board of Directors as observers, participate in the Corporation’s activities, advise the Board of Directors on the issues, the adequacy of its operations, promote the subject matters of the Corporation and favour relationships between the members of the Corporation as well as with the public.
